Front desk promised a refrigerator would be sent to my room but it was not. I was told it’s a higher charge to have a room with refrigerator for my medication, so I said I would pay the extra amount of money. But $20 more for the same style room with a refrigerator is ridiculous. The hotel was not sold out and I’ve been there several times. I was on the 1st floor and the noise from the hotel renovation was very loud for more than an hour. I couldn’t rest at all. And my window view was awful because the roof design obscured the view of the city. Again, I was not permitted to change rooms.

Hotel is under remodeling which is always good. Our room was clean but the ac was not cool. The air was warm and at times fresh but not ac cool. Staff was very friendly. I just wished the ac situation can be fixed. I’m looking forward to stay again.
