The place is a bit worn out, hallways need a good cleaning and my room on the third floor as well as the entire place smelled like cooked bacon. The ventilation is not good especially that the restaurant is in the middle of the hotel

There was a fight across the hall for an hour with yelling and door slamming. A staff member did come up after a couple of us on the floor called but the couple were leaving the room by that point. It’s not the hotel, but rather who stays there that is a bit scary.

No microwave or freezer in the room. Only a refrigerator. Overall very well done.

Holiday Inn Express Boston - Saugus by IHG
None of the appliances were working well. AC was not working. The shower was slippery and had a dangerous fall as the water was clogged and then drain was choked. The toilet had stains. Very unhygienic.
