The room smelled musty and didn't seem like it hadn't been used in a while. The sink was broken and was difficult to turn on. The faucet handles moved with the fixture making it not turn on. The air conditioner was very loud and rattled all night waking up both my wife and I. The shower sprayed water onto the toilet. The lobby was what I expected of a Double Tree but the room was closer too a Super 8. Kinda bummed

Great hotel!

It was a super nice hotel with a lot of cool things and was very big. Only complaint I have was the pillows but that’s minor considering lol. Would recommend for sure!!!

The room was very large with a beautiful view. It was clean. (?not major but there was a rip in the sheer drape with a pin in it. The freezer needed to be defrosted). Basically no big deal. It was a lovely room. The staff at the front desk is wonderful, especially Siv. (Suv). Housekeeping staff also helpful but “no English”.

My family and I were visiting from Long Island. We didn't get to the area until 9 PM at night. We had a reservation at another hotel nearby. The room was appalling. So much so that I would not let my family stay there. In a pinch, I went to the Double Tree by Hilton Boston North Shore. At the registration desk I was greeted by Wendy who cheerfully worked her magic and found us a great room that accommodated our needs, even though the hotel was just about at capacity. Huge shout out to Wendy! We will be staying here the next time we are in the area!!!!

I liked the location the most. The staff was friendly but not in tune with providing excellent customer service. Had a room phone that did not work, and I got a blank stare. Had a fridge that did not work and made 2nd request before anyone came up to attend to it. Go to check in and the computers were down. Granted this was not their fault but it was frustrating.
