Good customer service from the front desk, however the I had to switch rooms twice due to them not being cleaned. Dirty sheets, towels on the floor, and bathrooms not up to date in condition.

No soap in the room and when I asked at the desk the reply was we are out of stock here is more shampoo to use. Not the clerk fault but upper management this is unacceptable. Not to mention shorting us on wash cloths and hand towels as well. Should be a one star but price and location keep it at two stars.
