Room smelled like pee which I assumed was bleach used to cover up cigarette smell (was a non-smoking room). Was there for one night but left my suit in the car to avoid it smelling like the room (had an interview the next day). Staff was very polite and available though. No wi-fi but had decent cell service. If your ok toughing it out for one night can probably do it for a deal but for some might not be worth the 20 dollars saved.

Ryder Cup

Was a good basi hotel. Used it as home base for the Ryder Cup and served its purpose perfectly. Neighbourhood had ample pubs and places to eat and only about 30 mins to Penn Stn by train. All and all a nice low frills option.

If a crackhouse with running water was a one star, I would give this place two stars. I have stayed at some very nice five-star hotels, so migrating scale is somewhat harsh. Our bathroom door had no door knob. But, I wasn’t worried about getting locked in because the door wouldn’t shut all the way anyway. I brought it to the attention of the front desk, and they did have a door knob Installed by the next day. The room was definitely in need of a fresh paint job. The beds were adequate. Could not get the floor unit of air conditioning/heating to work property. I would definitely not stay at this place ever again.

Every aspect of the facility needs a thourough cleaning and new furniture. There was no continental breakfast as advertised and no coffee maker/condiments in the room. Room was not refreshed/cleaned for our two night stay. The room key was not set for our two night stay which required attention

We walked out after seeing the room

The room was dirty and the beds were terrible and stained. Not even comfortable. Guy at the desk was nice and the AC worked ok but that’s all I can say. We just ended up leaving because we were grossed out.

This is not the property you want to stay in. Poor conditions. Everything is old and not well maintained. I had a TV falling down from the wall in the middle of my sleep. Overall - ridiculous.

They only offered coffee from 7 am to 10 am and it was only in the lobby. The keyless entry system did not function even after multiple requests for servicing them. They did not have maid service for two of the four days we were there. If you want ANY REASONABLE AMOUNT OF SERVICE, FORGET THIS PLACE!

This place was nothing but trash. Rooms were nasty smelling horrible! Nothing good abt this place it should shut down!! We tried to check out they wouldnt refund. We should get the refund for this horrible n nasty place! Kids were almost throwing up with dirty n nasty smell. 0000000% for this place.. the hallway looks like a horror movie place smelling dirty carpet omggg nothing good abt it nothing

Would not stay again.

The hotel is old and dilapidated. The bathroom had peeling paint on the walls. Mold was on the exhaust fan in the bathroom. It appeared as though there had been a leak from the room above. The bedroom section did look as though they are trying to make improvements.

The room looked like a crime scene was committed

The had a terrible odor, door frame was screwed down looks like somebody broke through the door like a crime scene. The walls had cracks in all corners. The bathroom and tub black mold disgusting. That room looked like a crime was committed and police had to break the door down. I don’t know how you can put a hotel like that on Hotels. Com. Not even one star it doesn’t deserve.

The hotel was a disgusting mess. The room stunk and was incredibly dirty. Paint was peeling everywhere. I booked through Expedia and will never use their services again. On way to small claims court for a refund after a call to the board of health.
