The staff was really friendly and genuinely showed care for each person. I was surprised about the freshly baked chocolate chip cookies at breakfast but they were yummy. The fan in the bedroom was very dusty. The handlebar in the elevator kept falling out. Some concerns on cleanliness and safety of elevator.

Our stay was fantastic. Parking lot was well lit and gated. Staff was super nice and helpful. Breakfast was exceptional. Beds and pillows were so comfy. The only thing that was a little upsetting was the temp in the pool room. The water itself was warm but the room was a bit nippy. But I def wouldn’t count that as a bad experience. All the prices outweighed that one con. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean hotel

Clean hotel. Gated parking which helped to feel safe since it’s in a more industrial location. Staff was helpful and friendly. Beds were a bit hard for my liking. The room layout was really odd. Overall was a good stay.

Would stay again

You can tell the host and staff are taking very good care of the property and are invested in the providing excellent service to guests. I'm picky about hotels, but I felt very comfortable at this hotel. The location off of the highway was convenient and made it easy to travel around Memphis. The gated parking lot and attentiveness of the front desk staff made me feel safe. They only improvement I would suggest is to heat the pool - it was too cold for my kids to swim in and they LOVE to swim. Also, it would be great if there was a hot tub. The staff were quick to handle requests, like towels & sheets for the pull-out. We loved that the manager came around with fresh baked cookies to offer us.

The hotel staff lets other people outside of guest park under the pavilion and will use it as a parking spot!!! Making to where you can not get out! Then there was an altercation with a driver because she chose to drive reckless almost side swiping my vehicle and almost hitting the back of another’s vehicle!!! I was very upset!!!

Not bad but room design is odd

The hotel was sort of odd. The man at the front desk asked me 4 times if I had pets which started to agitate me. They have you fill out a clipboard with the same information you already provided at booking as well as your car information due to it being behind a gated area for parking which was nice to know hopefully they stops any issues with break ins being as it is in Memphis. It was in a business district type area off the interstate so not much around for food other than fast food so we had to travel for food. The room was very weirdly designed. The bed was very firm so if you like those types of beds it’s nice. The pillows though were the size of couch throw pillows so disappointing there and the fitted sheet on the bed wasn’t very smooth. The room kept fluctuating in temperature all night so I had to change back and forth between heat and cold. It had no dresser or anything such as for the sake of putting clothes in drawers and the “closet” available if you can call it that was very small. The fridge wasn’t very cool so we didn’t attempt to bring any food back to store. Overall the stay wasn’t bad and worked for a one night stay for a doctors appointment early the next morning but as I said the room just felt odd.
