ONLY one complaint. I was there for five days and the downstairs ice machine was broke the entire time. I have a bad back situation and it is difficult to climb steps just to get a container of ice! FIX THE MACHINE! Also, the complimentary breakfast has been reduced to cereal and a waffle. Not good. I had no choice but to eat out.

One of the worst hotel stays we’ve had. Located in a pretty rough neighborhood so we did not feel safe staying there. The bathroom was really unclean and the sheets had stains.

This could be a wonderful hotel, however, the rooms need a deep cleaning,. Dropped something behinf night table, it was digusting. Hairballs. DUST. UGH.The hot breakfast consisted of waffles. 2 ceral choices. Yogurt. No fruit. I must commend the ypung man who checked me in he was very kind and polite. 100.00 deposit for no smoking rooms
