For being a 4 star hotel it was not up to standard. The bathroom was not clean, dirt and grime was in the corners of the shower pan and along the glass door. A poor job was done to fix issues like gaps between the tile, which were sloppily caulked over. I’ve stayed in 2.5 star Holiday Inns with cleaner restrooms.

Nice modern hotel. I liked the decent sized bathroom and the room (at the rear of the property) was quiet at night. I found breakfast choices a bit limited in the hotel and it was all al la carte, so no buffet available. The hotel seemed quiet when I was there with few people eating or drinking in the lobby/restaurant. Air-conditioning in the room was noisy, but overall a decent hotel and well located.

Been 15 years since I lasted visited Memphis. The downtown area has changed significantly. The city of Memphis has allowed cruising on Union Ave in front of the hotel. The noise from load music with the bass turned up, engines reviving did not abate until 2:00 am. Would never stay at this location again unless the City makes changes.
