Excellent property, well located on Melbourne’s best Boulevard. Lovely corner room with views to the city and Albert park. Courteous staff and trams literally at the hotel’s doorstep.

The room was in good condition. The website showed that it had a pool, which there wasn't. And the gym is worse than advertised. It also doesn't have water for the room.

Room was nice, but the rest of the hotel needs to complete refresh. It feels very old and tired. The so-called gym was an absolute joke the sauna closed and the pool was boarded off permanently. On Australia day I came back at about 6:30 PM hoping to have a quiet drink and was told that the bar and restaurant are both closed because “it’s a public holiday”. - which of course is exactly when paying guests want to relax and unwind.
