When travelling to Melbourne and staying in the CBD, usually prefer this hotel - close to southern cross r/w/ station for the skybus trip back to the airport - close to major tram links - self catering facilities in rooms - woolworths close by This trip? -A room on the 10th floor, of a 13-14 story build, really awful water pressure to shower - the sink had poor drainage - the fridge had a small iceberg to the freezer section - the curtains looked terrible - overall cosmetic look was ‘worn & broken’ - subtle but obvious cost cutting Apart from the shower, the little things kinda detract from the experience, thus making this place just ‘okay’ The room felt well vacuumed & cleaned. The hotel feels safe, other guests were quiet. It was an ‘okay’ stay On departure, highlighted the maintenance issues. Desk staff, totally professional, apologised sincerely, and took down details.

The room is nice for oldest people like us, but just get only one chair ( for 2 people ) The staff ( Anissa & Marry ), they are really excellent, very helpful, friendly❤️ Very recommended and we will back again

Conveniently located.

A conveniently located hotel with everything I needed for my work trip. Most staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and car parking was an advantage. Several restaurants nearby also.

This wasn't our first time staying at the Travelodge but we were very disappointed, the room was clean but it needed a good clean blood on the carpet, the bathroom needed a good scrub and breakfast was cold or overcooked not worth the money.
