Property good . I asked whether there was parking at the property and was told yes but when we arrived there was no parking left and we had to find parking which difficult to find a secure park close by . We found one after 40 mins driving around and it took twenty to walk back to our apartment .
The floors were dirty, coffee tabletop and kitchen benches were dirty, the stovetop was dirty, crockery and glassware were dirty, some of the cutlery was stuck in the drawer, obviously due to something sticky and the shower/bath wasn't clean. It's a shame as the linen was perfectly clean, and the staff were perfectly lovely and very accommodating. Friendly, more than happy to assist with any enquiries. I don't like leaving negative feedback, but if they don't know then how can fix it? Obviously the cleaning crew are to blame here and perhaps need to reevaluate how they do things.

Richmond Central apartment was in a fabulous location. Easy walk to shops, CBD, sports venues etc. Great transport options very close too. The level of cleanliness in the apartment really let it down, for example the bath had a black ring around it from the previous tenant. All surfaces looked like they needed a wipe, the bathroom floor was full of fluff, and the bed, while it was a great size the mattress was super hard, which made sleeping a challenge as it was not comfortable.
I’ve booked this hotel through Wotif and received the itinerary straight away which said that check-in closes at 10 pm. I arrived at the hotel at 9:30 pm and they were closed therefore I rang the number on the door. The person that answered said that this was not the hotel I’ve booked for so I rang another number and it was the hotel I booked. The person who spoke to me on the other number said that I didn’t have a booking and he wasn’t able to help me therefore I have to get a refund through Wotif. Wotif are now telling me that the hotel manager isn’t answering the phone to issue me a refund and it has been 48 hours. Yesterday I received a call from a worker at the hotel who advised me that I did still have a booking and no one had cancelled it and she cancelled it however she did not help with the refund and just said she would await Wotif’s call. It is not that hard to refund somebody’s money seeing as the booking was not in the system, I was left without accommodation and this wait is ridiculous.
