Meh. Expensive for price.

Took a long time to check in. Hotel tried to take 2nd payment as they stated the room wasn’t paid for even though I had paid through hotels.com and had receipt proof. Otherwise staff were friendly enough. Room had some dirt stains on floor. Lots of dust left on upper surfaces. Furniture was dated but they used black glass to try and modernise it a little. Odd single chair in corner of room (not comfortable). Mattress was on the hard side. Room offers minibar service (call to order) apparently have room service available but no information on how to access this. Tv use was a little annoying. I just want to turn it on and use it not have to access 2 menus just to access a tv channel. Tv channel preset set to fox sport. But have a lot of channels to choose from. Foxtel is included. 6 tea selections. Coffee sugar and hot chocolate available with a little milk and 2 water bottles supplied. Only enough toiletries for 1 person. Toiletries supplied shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, soap But bathroom was set up for 2 people otherwise. Overall. Ok would stay again but wouldn’t run back.

I was very disappointed with this hotel. I think I was given one of the smallest rooms despite being a VIP. I also had to ask for my 'perk' of free drink vouchers. The room was very basic. Desperate need of a paint job and furniture was scratched badly. Also mould in the bathroom. I can't remember the last hotel i stayed at that didn't have a coffee machine. They are pretty bloody cheap nowadays especially in bulk!
