This is our second stay at the Quest, St Kilda Rd, Melbourne. We found the accommodation nice and clean, beds very comfortable and staff were friendly, professional and made us feel very welcome on both occasions we have stayed with them. We would recommend this apart/hotel.

Poor, ill informed and careless customer service: Initial reception were unwelcoming and disrespectful with was no consideration for the customer, just a robotic recital of Quest policy. We attended as an AD (assistance dog)team (organisational) which Quest displaying no knowledge nor training regarding status of AD. We felt unsafe and unwelcome without any joy, thus cancelled the remainder of our stay.

If you are looking for a truly “accessible “ place to stay, the accessible studio apartment is it! Just know the shower will make the floor wet and be careful. We booked during several holidays and missed having housekeeping those days, but the front desk is readily responsive if you need anything. The small terrace is a plus. We loved it here and would definitely recommend it!

Very comfortable and clean. You can book parking for $30 per night if needed but check before you book. Staff are very healful and friendly. Positioned close to public transport and a few places to eat right off st kilda road. Lovely accommodation with all the mod cons. Went to the Palais theatre in the evening and caught a show while we were there. King bed in the room we chose. Great shower. May 2025.

Clean quiet rooms. Access to parking could have been explained better. Overall very good. Maybe we were stressed already with medical specialists appointments and surgery. Staff very patient with caring attitudes....and smiles. Greatly appreciated. Thankyou. Will be easy next visit.
