The rooms were nice and clean. Unfortunately, the bar service at the restaurant was subpar. The bartender forgot my order twice, had to wait for 35 minutes for my drink. No apology, just “I forgot “

The room was as expected. Very limited staff and mostly self check in. The dining options are not good at this hotel. To have a price fix or four courses at an airport hotel is quite silly.

The staff we spoke to were great - and the room as usual was immaculate. Disappointed only one restaurant was open (and the expensive set menu one at that ) , so our family had to go to the airport terminal instead. Otherwise excellent!

Was unable to access the airport shuttle. When we rang to get picked up we kept getting put on hold so just ended up walking. Didn't get the room we ordered, no explanation given, but couldn't be bothered pursuing the issue as it was very late at night.

Great hotel, so close to airport, the breakfast was amazing. The only negative was as we stayed on a Saturday we either had to do a set menu which wasn’t cheap or only get bar snacks for dinner. A slight disappointment as the place was full of advertising about burgers. But overall a great stay and I will be back
