My go to hotel while I am in Melbourne

Great stay as always. Friendly and helpful staff. We were in a 2 bedroom apartment very roomy and beds were comfortable. Close to everything. Highly recommend.

Overpriced but great location

Warm welcoming lobby with slight sewerage odour, staff made a mistake with my booking but have spoken with Brady to address training of desk and housekeeping staff as both were not up to par , the whole place could do with a deep clean

Staff helpful, lift fast. Not plush, but comfortable enough and a really practical option for a family given the good location, second bedroom with twin beds in some rooms, washing machine, kitchen etc. Swimming pool useable for laps, hot tub basic but better than nothing, sauna decent.

Staff who checked me in was very friendly and helpful. My stay was comfortable as well, and the price is very reasonable. If I had to nitpick, it's easy for water to splash out of the bath area when showering. Otherwise, I enjoyed my stay and would stay there again.

The property was nice and clean, but I had a balcony and there was no lock on the balcony door as it was broken, and the curtains didn’t go the four way across the glass windows which I didn’t particularly like the light during the night
