Lift was out on check in and had to climb up to the 3rd floor with baggage. Noisy at night. Is there a nightclub nearby?? No reception on hand. I woke up on Sunday morning with a few blood spots on the bed. And then I spotted a bug which was a BED BUG!! GROSS!!

Not my fondest memory

Definitely NOT 4.5 stars too many problems to list and I have spoken to reception & Hotels.com. Air conditioning unit sounded like an aeroplane in my bedroom, the furniture was all stained, the bathroom wasn’t clean. Well, the TV in the bedroom is missing and I ordered a king size bed that was a queen or double on king size base. No thank you

Weekend away- studio room comfortable, 'microwave, kettle and fridge' one chair to sit on, disabled ensuite but no where to place toilet bags or hang robes etc. Cheap and great position.

Great location. Apartment was well furnished with plenty of kitchen utensils. ALDI literally downstairs for supplies Comfortable bed and good work desk with decent wifi. Only negative was place needed a good clean. Previous visitors left dirty oven and found long hair sverywhere

The room was good, the one fan in the bedroom had a lopsided base so had to find something to level it. The area in the hall needed better repairs as the inside of the ceiling was visible and held closed by a plank of wood. Parking was an issue. There was no advice on parking prior to booking or within the booking paperwork. We ended up parking out on the street instead.

Dirty, old and uncomfortable

That part of St Kilda is dirty and unkempt. Directly above ALDI , that street was full of food spills and vomit-, disgusting. The street is also extremely noisy. The ALDI truck reverses in late at night 11pm and leaves at 6am. The hotel rooms are filthy and the mattress was completely worn that you could feel the springs coming through.
