Lovely and accommodating staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. While the view from our room was amazing (over canal) the room was a bit small and dated.

The hotel is not in the best area of Brussels between the train station and the the main square. Having said that, the quality and service was far superior to one hotel in particular whose location would be classed as premium overlooking the main square. The room was spacious comfortable and clean. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. I would highly recommend this hotel, it's our first stay here but will not be our last.

Perfect location, friendly staff. Room had dust under the radiator and caulk in the shower had mold. As did the windowsill in the bathroom. Bed was comfortable. No view out the Windows and hall way was pitch black until you walked a few feet into it. Slept well. Appreciated the ceiling fan and AC.

Staff were good. Hôtel was in a good location and everything was walkable. Restaurants, cafes and shopping were close by.

The A/C made a terrible noise all night. When we complained in the morning the staff were unhelpful. They moved us to another room, but claimed there was no problem with the A/C like we made it up. The said the manager would contact us but never did and some of the reception staff were rude. I would certainly not recommend this hotel.
