The moment we walked into our “no smoking” room, we were blasted with the smell of old cigarette smoke. The motel is old and needs total gut and renovation There apparently was a water leak in the shower because the patch job was terrible done by an amateur. The faucet in the tub was difficult to turn on. There was no hair conditioner, only two bottles of shampoo and I had to ask for a hair dryer. They only give you one body towel and one hand towel each. I had to ask for a wash cloth. The bed was a bit hard but it had enough pillows. We kept the fan on in the bathroom and at least the A/C worked to help lessen the bad smell. Also, whoever used the coffee maker last, left used tea bags in the water reservoir so we had to clean that out before we could use it. Over-all, it was the worst room we’ve ever stayed in and I can confidently say we will never stay there again and will certainly not recommend it.

Clean room. Comfortable bed. Parking is free.

Very clean unique setting interesting city All good

Small hotel conveniently located in Dundee, you can walk to a couple of restaurants and lots of tasting room. The room is very large, clean and comfortable.
