It was ok, I’m pretty sure the room I was in was previously a smoking room at one time, because I could pick up that faint smoke smell. The light in the kitchen of my room flickered for a while until the light warmed up. I was not expecting a full kitchen in my room though.

clean with comfortable bed, shower was very "high powered" though.

Decent place

Cabin was absolutely filthy. Bugs in freezer, fridge dirty, popcorn on lovesick and a suspicious red stain. Filthy. But the staff were amazing and the amenities were great.

Room was very clean, large and nice. Whirlpool tub worked great, very large, plenty of hot water. River view was great on the 14th floor. Spa was nice but pricey. Mens steam room was broken when we visited. Massages, sauna and whirlpool tub were great Dining was very nice. Nosh and 19 Steak & Seafood were both really good. Love music and drinks at lounge bar was cool. Casino was kind of cramped and uncomfortable and reeked of cigarettes.

After traveling all day we got to the Hillcrest only to find out they did not have all of our rooms. They tried to get us to share the room they had. No phone call to let us know ahead of time. No help in finding us another room. Their thought was that I reserved 4 rooms and they only had 3, that I should still take the 3 rooms because I reserved them. We ended up at going back north to a hotel we passed 30 miles before. Very unhappy that Expedia would even list this property.
