After doing the online check in earlier in the day I was told that I would get an online code and instructions to get into my room. I didn’t receive a code at check-in time so I called minutes after 4 pm to enquire. I was told that I would receive a code in 5-10 minutes as they were working on my room. I told them I would wait outside in the parking lot. I waited for over an hour and watched other guests getting in their room. I called back twice and got no answer. I tried to get into the office but it was locked and there was no one there. Finally I saw a man that looked like he was helping a guest. I asked about my room and he said he just needs to put towels in my room and then it will be ready and also said that he saw me parked there but didn’t know I was waiting for a room. He was approachable and helpful. Almost 2 hours after check in time I finally made it to the room. The room is clean enough but it’s old and smells moldy. The AC was blasting in the room and that didn’t help. There are surfaces like behind the tv that’s extremely dusty. My allergies were badly triggered by the moldy smell. I had to stay outside of the room and only come inside when it was time to sleep. I left with a headache and sinus drainage. The building looks good on the outside but inside needs help.

View window to watch whales everyday, absolutely spotlessly clean, great layout for 2 people, shower was easy to use and hot, all amenities were of high quality. We will definitely go again!

Great place to stay! A nice small motel very clean spacious rooms bunnies everywhere I would definitely recommend. We stayed for two nights in mid July 2026

This is my 3rd time staying in this resort. Staff are very welcoming and friendly!! Facilities are well Maintained.. definitely a good resort to be staying with a big family..
