Mattituck Vacation Packages

The location is fantastic, we stayed here 13 years ago however the hotel needs a bit of a refresh. The rooms were run down and there no hospitality items in the rooms. No glasses, no coffee, no ice etc. two small water bottles are provided when you get your room. We asked staff for water when we left and they said no. For the price of this hotel, I would’ve expected much better service and quality

Clean and room big enough. No microwave and refrigerator

Excellent experience, place was conveniently located, super clean, and great hospitality.

Great location; great service. Seemed to be a problem with the room heat/AC, but the weather was mild in NYC that week, so I cannot fully confirm.

When we first arrived we had no towels in the room. They also had no hand soap. The window view was the stairwell. The room was a tiny claustrophobic’s nightmare with dust collected around light switches and mouldings. It was a good location though near Times Square. It should not be rated 4 stars! Parking was located a few blocks away. Unloading bags was almost near impossible to find an unloading spot for the car. Staff were friendly. Overall, I wouldn’t go back.
