The room was nice and clean. The only concern was the lack of lighting on the roads around the resort and the parking lot. Night driving was challenging.

Great views. King size sheets on twin beds was annoying.

I love massanutten. The property is beautiful. The unit I stayed in was clean but the cover on top of the microwave fell off immediately getting on the property. The wood on the corner of the island was off with nails hanging out and the screen to the patio had a burn in it. I reported this to maintenance and they never came after telling me they would come back to fix everything. I checked in on Friday and they still never came during my whole stay, which was 3 nights.

Clean property (recently remodelled), friendly staff, and very convenient to the rockfish gap entrance point (south) of Shenandoah national park

The history of why the Inn became what it is today. The renovations of the Inn, the decor, the uniqueness of the rooms, stairways, etc. from when it was built. We were able to be upgraded to a bigger room because there were no chairs or small tables or desk in the first room provided for us. We were in walking distance to restaurants and store. I would highly recommend folks to schedule a visit.
