Good location, lock on door inoperable(had to use deadbolt).I travel a lot throughout the East and Midwest. I like to stay in family owned ,low key properties. Just didn't see this as a $175 a nite property. (overpriced by @$50 for a week day with only two other units occupied)

Best Western Potsdam University Park Inn
The hotel was clean, but not very quiet. Noise from the hallway and next door rooms was quite audible. Not that people were loud, the walls must be rather thin.
