Amazing and Underrated

Excellent. Definitely underrated for a 3 star hotel - should be 4+ stars. We previously booked into a 4 star hotel and it did not come near the benchmark of service and standards Hotel Marina has set for itself and clients. All staff, without exception, were polite, friendly and helpful. Excellent buffet breakfast, neat and clean facilities/room. Great location near beaches, transport services, ATMs, etc. A call-card for the future!

Experience in Massa, Italy

Family owned business and very pleasant. More geared towards family and vacationers not business travelers. The area is a holiday destijnation. No phone in the room but WFI available. Very limited English speaking so difficulty in communicating but we got by. This hotel was recommended by an Italian colleague due to closeness to the hospital where we were working, so the location was perfect. Also, the hotel was close to the beach ammenities but far enough away to cut out traffic noise. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. I arrived on the Sunday from overseas (canada) so it was good to relax before my work started on Monday.

The staff is extremely attentive and friendly. The cleanliness throughout the hotel is excellent. The rooms are well-equipped and offer everything you need. A big plus is the always-available parking. The location is also very convenient – just a 4–5 minute walk to the beach. Grazie.
