This property was simply beautiful. Meticulously kept rooms. Staff was excellent. Zero complaints

the resort was beautiful. loved the pool the kitchen was very nice .very clean. Eiden was very nice and helpful...activity director Karen was awsome and very helpful . making sure all our activities were set up. due to mother nature the beach was not available but there were other beaches near by. karen booked us a tour to check out the Mayan ruins and cave tubing with lunch included. we had an awsome time.....Eddy and Mike {tour guides} were really cool and made sure everyone was comfortable and was having a great time ,they also were very knowledgeable

Notre séjour au Mariposa était fantastique! C’est un bel endroit central en nature pour se reposer et faire des activités. Le personnel est gentil et courtois. Nous avons eu un excellent service de la part de Leo et Robin, beaucoup de conseils pour se divertir dans la région. Je trouve toutefois que l’imposition du 15% de service à chaque achat dans le longe est un peu exagéré. Je comprends l’intention d’une paie équitable, mais on ne devrait pas imposer un pourcentage aux clients selon moi.

Our stay at Kalimera Beach Hotel was absolutely exceptional! From the moment we arrived until the day we left; every detail exceeded our expectations. The hotel is beautifully designed, with spotless rooms, comfortable beds, and breathtaking beachfront views that made every morning unforgettable. The peaceful atmosphere made it the perfect place to relax and recharge. What truly sets Kalimera apart is its outstanding hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, always greeting us with warm smiles and providing exceptional service. Their genuine kindness and attention to detail made us feel like valued guests rather than just visitors. The food was fresh and delicious, especially the breakfast, which was a wonderful way to start our day. We also loved spending time by the beautiful pool and taking just a few steps to enjoy the beach and the Caribbean Sea. The resort is situated beach front and the view is beautiful. We were there during slow season so certain things weren't open or limited. The food was great! The Pool was wonderful. Service was a little slow but I think it was from lack of staff since it was slow season. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Our room was perfect our family of 5. 3 adults 2 children. Air conditioning worked great. There was trouble getting into our room when we arrived due to faulty key issues. The resort itself could use some repairs. The pool lights were out, some outdoor lights were out, coffee maker was broken. We advised the front desk but wasn't fixed while we were there. The rug is main living area had huge stain on it and should have been replaced. The wood flooring in the outdoor areas was a little hazardous boards were loose in many areas and my grandson even stepped on a rusted screw that had come out of one (fortunately it didn't cut him). Rooms were cleaned daily. While we enjoyed our stay I can't say for I would stay there again unless some upgrades were done.
