Clean room, very spacious. Great complimentary breakfast. Good quiet location.

Not worth the price per night, especially with no amenities like spa, pool, or jacuzzi. Since local train station and airport are near by, hotel should offer rides free of charge after booking.

Very helpful staffs and clean room, but no air conditioner and shower gel.

Fantastic quiet central location to explore Venice

Clean room and hotel. A/C worked well first night but adjusts when leave room and gets hot and never caught up for rest of stay. Floor of shower slippery and potential hazard. Breakfast was wonderful. Staff was helpful but prefer to pay water taxi through hotel. I asked staff and they said pay taxi directly $150 euro via card. Guy doing taxi could not get card reader to work and demanded $160 euro. What a fiasco as we had no cash left as leaving country.

Our experience can only be translated in one multilingual word WOW This have been my 3 rd visit to Venezia myself and i have not experienced this type of service , quality and wow factor . The establishment , its history and location was only the beginning of our Wow factor. I can honestly say the entire staff brought it to a level that i never saw before and can only dream to receive in the future again .
