Extremely disappointing stay Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was far below expectations. The room was not properly cleaned — the bedsheets appeared dirty, and there was a very unpleasant odor throughout, reminiscent of sewage. The noise level from the street was unbearable, as the window provided no sound insulation. When I addressed these issues with the front desk, the staff showed little concern and offered no meaningful assistance or apology. Overall, this hotel failed to meet even basic standards of cleanliness and comfort. I would strongly advise future guests to look elsewhere.

We would stay here again

The rom was clean and well equipped. For our needs, it was simple yet complete. We had heard of issues about the breakfast, the choice and food was EXCELLENT!

Strangely soulless

It was a clean hotel located a short walk from Gare St Charles, but strangely soulless and the breakfast was very basic and disappointing. Thankfully there was a Carrrefour supermarket nearby that I used to stock up on snacks to keep in the small fridge in my room. There was also a kettle in the room with a solitary sachet of coffee (and no milk, tea or sugar) which I thought was unnecessarily austere.
