This hotel is close to all public transportations and easy to get to Vieux Port in Marseille. Clean and good sized room for europe standard . We came very early in am and they held our luggage for us and was able to let us in an hour or 2 before our check in time . Staff is helpful and courteous . I would recommend this hotel .

The hotel was in a good position for walking around the harbor area. It is also well serviced by public transport. It is very close to the restaurant and cafe areas so we skipped breakfast at the hotel. Across the road from the hotel is an outdoor Mercure cafe with a great coffee for 2€. The staff were good and helpful if we asked a question. The amenities in the room were very basic and paper cups were supplied instead of glasses. No coffee or tea facilities in our room. Clean room, good position for exploring and restaurants and cafes.

The property overall is pretty dated. Carpets are old and the King room is pretty small. Quite a bit of cigarette stink in the rooms. Breakfast was very good and of high quality. The spread was pretty wide ranging and laid out veey well. The breakfast was perhaps the highlight of our stay at this hotel in Marseille. Location wise, it's fabulous. Just a 10min walk from the beautiful Port Vieux.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The service was excellent, the breakfast was very good, and the location is great. My only criticism is the bathroom: there is no proper shower enclosure, which causes the bathroom to get very wet, and there was no hygienic shower (bidet spray) available. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

We left not longer after inspecting our room. The room was not successful, the window did not open more than 5cm, the air conditioner did not work and we could hear noise from the room next door. Scary experience and distressing. It was not good at all, very disappointed and we have asked for a refund .
