The hotel was awesome! Breakfast was delicious! The hotel was very beautiful and so was the room we stayed in, however my only concern was the shower was a little high to step out of and with the half wall that was near the shower head, a lot of water spills out when showering which makes it slippery as well. The washroom could also use a fan as well. Well located and staff was great to deal with.

Overall pretty good. However they only clean the room once every 7 days. That’s too long. I think cleaning every 2 or 3 days is much better.

The location is great and close to sites and businesses, including restaurants. The hotel was undergoing construction and it is a bit older compared to other hotels. I had the smallest type of room so it was ok for one person but it would be difficult to move around in the room with two people. The hotel was a good value for its location as long as you are ok sacrificing room space and modern room features. It's also in an area with a lot of bars so the late night crowd can be heard if you have your window open like I did.

No elevator which is fine but there is no staff to help with luggage. The hotel is obviously old but they haven’t put money into keeping the rooms nice (fixes seem cheaply done) The room was big but had a musty smell. No air conditioning but they did have a standing fan. The shower was awful - the water temperature went from perfect to icy cold to scalding hot in seconds. Location was great but what we discovered was that staying in Old Town wasn’t worth it. New town is a 10-minute walk away and has a lot of features that will make your stay enjoyable. Eating in the center is great but expensive. Prague in general is expensive and their convenience stores don’t always display the prices - get that receipt.
