Bad choice stay

The room wasn't very clean. Floor looked like it wasn't vacuumed, the microwave had bacon grease on the round turntable. The chair in the room was stained up with a pizza box and crumbs under the cushion.the shower curtain rod was falling off the wall. The bathroom ceiling was stained from water leaks.

When checking in staff tried to tell me there was an outstanding balance of $69.99. To which i had to pull up my credit card and show i was charged in full. A fellow patron asked me if i was charged an additional amount to which i was honest and said they tried to. Seems to me everyone upon check-in is charged additional even if they paid in full in advance.

When approaching my floor.. the ehole smelled of cigarette smoke * non smoking hotel * when moved chair for my kids found 3 bottles of supplements bottles that were not yours. They allowed kids to run arlund all hours of the night and was very nosey

Don't Recommend

Very noisy. There was about a 3/4 inch gap on the bottom of the door so you could hear lots of noise, including people opening thier doors, and a dog that would bark occasionally through the night. The hotel feels old and needs to be renovated. Staff was nice and breakfast was good.

There have been no real upgrades to Baymonts since Wyndham acquired them and it's kinda sad. This is my second time staying at this particular location in the last 3yrs. Staff is always very nice. The hotel overall is clean, but has a mildewy smell in the hallways. Our room was fine, bathroom however could use just a little TLC. Overall the hotel is great if you just need to spend a night somewhere and don't want to spend a ridiculous amount.

Absolutely horrible!

The only thing that was good about this hotel was the staff. You could smell marijuana throughout the entire hotel. There were dogs running loose up and down the hallways and I was told that the animals actually belong to family members of one of the staff that also happened to be staying there or possibly living there… there were stains all over the carpet and bed linens and curtains. The bathroom was completely soaking wet right when we got into our room and smelled like mildew. We literally had to get our own blanket and pillow out of our car and sleep in our clothes on top of the bed without even getting under the covers, which was not comfortable because it was freezing and snowing outside, which is why we were stuck staying the first night and had to get a refund for the second night because there was no way we were staying there again! we actually ended up getting a room at the hotel directly behind this one and it was 10 times better and the same exact price. This hotel either needs to be completely renovated or torn down!

My husband and I have stayed here mulitple times and we love it. The staff is always so nice and personable. The room is always clean and the beds are super comfy. The breakfast is delicious, saturday i didnt even realize i was 15 mins early and they still let me get some. They are the best. The pool is my favorite because it has a 5ft end and a 3 ft end.

Maintenance didn’t show up to take care of leaking sink, unauthorized cars in handicap spaces, cigarette butts all over parking area, disgusting smell in bathroom, loud noises and arguing in the hallways late at night, dogs barking and dog smell in our room. It was obvious that many indigent people lived at this property as well. We will never stay at this property again. Very disappointed in a Wyndham property.
