If you are going to Key West, this is a little gem to stay along the way! Each room has a patio or deck, there is a made to order breakfast at the restaurant every morning, a beautiful little beach, large pool and hot tub, and 2 hrs of kayaking or paddle boarding included with each night of your stay. Such a peaceful little place! Would definitely come back!

Our room was the only room under the restaraunt of the hotel which serves free breakfast beginning at 8AM. We were woken up at 6am both mornings to stomping and constant furniture being moved across the floor. There were no other available rooms so despite paying the same as everyone else, we were unable to sleep in the morning. Not ideal for a “relaxing” vacation.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The property is right on the beach with a great view. The property does seem to need some TLC. For instance, I reported that the door had to be slammed multiple times for the latch to catch (so anyone couldn't just enter the room). Also the thermostat needs to be replaced since it was nearly impossible to get to the screen needed to adjust the temp. I reported this 2x and both people at the desk did not seem to be too attentive to actually reporting it and getting it fixed. Given that there is a $40 per day resort fee that includes breakfast, it would have been nice if the waiter could have been a little friendlier. He was pretty cranky to all guests.

Bed Bugs!

Decent place right on a beach. Breakfast was good. I am pretty sure the room had bedbugs, hope we didn't bring any back! The door did not lock good, glad it is in a location that I didn't have to worry about theft. Would come back if the bed bugs were taken care of.

Great family vacation getaway. Super quiet and relaxing. Friendly staff and excellent food at the restaurant. If you’re looking to relax perfect destination. Sunrise views are spectacular.

DO NOT BOOK HERE. These people are cheats. The property was dirty, the kitchen horrible and utensils stained and bad. We complained to the guy on site and asked (since it's non standard) if we could check out early a day (we booked 2 days). He said its ok and they would refund amount for a night. We did that and now they refuse to refund amount when Expedia called. Manager does not return calls. The people managing are cheats and the property deserves to be shut down. Very unprofessional.
