Outstanding views of city from our balcony and fantastic location of condo! We were very pleased with everything about our try here. Definitely would stay here again and recommend it to anyone traveling to the area.

Quick overnight stay to watch a game or have something going on in Cleveland okay this is a good spot. It is close to all the ballparks, Rock n Roll HOF and downtown. They clean rooms on Sunday not a lot of amenities, parking is so so and they are doing construction near this hotel. Another advantage is you can walk to downtown or to the ballparks easily. Just wouldn’t stay more than a night or two at the most.

Missing tv remote. It was replaced. Mattress very saggy. Not comfortable at all.

i really enjoy staying at this hotel, especially if I have an appointment at Cleveland Clinic, as the hotel has access to the skywalk. The rooms are always well maintained and comfortable. Room service staff very courteous.

Nice staff, clean hotel, great location. Just wish I could have used the valet, but they only had one person on staff that knew how to drive a manual.

The property has not been maintained well. Every carpet looks stained. Our room smelled like cigs and pet dander. The linens looked off white, the vents and AC had never been dusted. My bed literally squeaked. I will never stay in another LaJ hotel again.
