The room appeared to have been updated fairly recently. Was on the property years and years ago and this was a nice improvement

Location was great, first off. The place reminded me a lot of my first apartment, which made this stay very nostalgic and cozy. Our walk to Kemba Live was only an 8-minute walk, which was nice even in the light rain. The place was clean and had a lot of room and amenities. I would definitely recommend this place and company to others. We will definitely be looking to stay here again if we are in the area!

Excellent location. The highway and people above were a bit loud but it was easily drowned out mostly. Would be a great place for anything at the convention center.

Great location. Easy access to many bars, restaurants, movie theaters, etc. Very private. Clean and comfortable.

Overall, check-in was easy with great multi-channel communication, but receiving piecemeal details across multiple messages made information hard to find; a single centralized guide would be much better. The property had notable deferred maintenance, including warped cabinets and floors, a loose faucet, poor shower caulking, and missing kitchen tile. While generally tidy, we found visible dust bunnies, hair in the bathroom, and dingy rugs. Soundproofing was also minimal, letting us clearly hear neighbors and causing discomfort.

This place is a BLAST! We ended up extending our visit, abdominal so glad we did! Tilly had energy to spare and was a wealth of knowledge and even gave us a tour of the brewery. Carolyn made sure we were satisfied with our room and helped us navigate our room. Haley made sure to take awesome care of us and you could tell she had her teams back! Jose in the bar made sure we had the best service and experience. I usually don't get names when traveling, but this group took the time and effort to give us personalized attention they more than deserve the same respect! This hotel itself is great by itself with very clean rooms, interactive grounds, board games, pinball machines, outside firepits, food and drinks on site; the staff are absolutely top notch!

Nice property conveniently located to where I needed to work. Very clean, comfortable bed, full kitchen. I would definitely stay again if I return to the Columbus area.
