Stayed for one night. The cleanliness of the room was just unacceptable. Doesn’t take much to take a Mr clean and clean the walls/doors. Blankets were stained and dirty which was the worse part. The mini fridge in our room barely reached a cool temp. For a one night stay, it’s not bad. Would I stay there longer than that? Absolutely not. Staff were great and quick and I appreciate that.

15 minutes to concert venue. Carpets dirty and bathroom had long dark hair on the floor. The sheets were not securely fastened to the mattress and kept pulling off on the edge. Nice staff and plenty of parking.

Stayed for an event at Gollete, and called ahead for late check-in. Got there very late but got checked in without a problem. Room was very far away from lobby, and room (itself) was very dated. Shower pressure was awful, but for staying there for about 8 hours, it was sufficient

This place could be a really nice place but it is not. It needs a lot of work and management that cares. The staff seemed nice but even with a lot of them around no one seemed to care about the appearance of the place. The whole area needed a good vacuum to start with. . We were there for two nights and the dirt, papers, and wrappers that were there when we arrived were still there when we left. The outside area had the same cups bottles cans and papers that were there when we arrived. Our room was clean including the bathroom and bed but there was a candy wrapper right on the rug. The clock was off by an hour it’s July. The whole room needs maintenance. The tub didn’t drain. The caulking is half done. The faucet stuck on and I had to wrestle it to turn it off. A bunch of more things I could mention. It needs new rugs,paint, wallpaper that is falling off the railings are rusted the radiators are dirty and rusted. The first night no one picked up the pool area so it was a mess when we went and there were no towels. We paid twelve bucks for the breakfast and it was as bad as you would expect. It looked okay but I don’t understand why hotels think eggs, toast,home fries steaming in a container with watered down apple and orange juice is a good breakfast. One guy could cook the eggs to order and leave home fries on a grill ready to go. a few nice things. Location is nice, the staff were all nice,and the pool itself was clean warm and we enjoyed our swim.

Got there and our room hadn’t been cleaned. Moved us to 4 floor and elevator went to 3 only. Went back to desk and he took us to our room but only to be hateful about us not finding a 4th floor room on the 3rd floor.
