Everything was as expected. The room was clean and quiet. The complementary breakfast was good. Eggs, sausage, waffles, toast, muffins, cereal and fresh coffee. Nice view of the lake and USS city of Milwaukee. Building could use a facelift and the grounds could use some sprucing up. Otherwise perfectly reasonable for the price, my only complaint is the pool had a greenish tinge to the water but I never actually went into the room so it could have just been the lighting.

The room was dirty the screen sliding door would not lock or latch there was visible dirt on walls and dust in on the closet surfaces and bugs on the ceiling bathtub was terribly slippery from the water softening of the water

We stayed in the Ken lodge in Manistee Michigan it was excellent it was very very clean and the staff were very very friendly and professional I would go there again

they had one person for checking out, it was the same person work in the dining room cooking breakfast. Rhe eggs were green. The toaster was broken, it was a 4 slicer and only one sliced worked.no fresh fruit. My husband and I were disappointed.

This entire hotel smells like a goatz butt!! Its stagnant inside, zero a/c in the hallways and its old and rundown. Plus i don't like giving them an extra hundred dollars security deposit and they tell me in a week or so i should get it back! BS

I am a travel agent and stayed here and was not impressed I did a pay at hotel rate and was called by the property more than a few times to request payment before I got there which was odd the property was sold out I was told however when i got there it was not also the room i got was not facing the lake and smelled really horrible when I entered and no air was on very hot no coffee maker in the room housekeeping turned off the air when they serviced the room hot water took 15 mins and sink didnt work in the bathroom not a clean place and smelled bad didnt have a nice stay when I was at the hotel not friendly staff

Breakfast could have been better, but area was nice. No fruit or yogurt. Staff was very friendly. It’s positioned on a curve that people take fast, so caution pulling out to the street. It’s on the base of a wooded hill, so it can feel like being in a secluded cabin.
