Hotel was Ok. Staff were great. Very friendly. I stayed in room 212 with my wife and daughter. Room was fairly clean, however could be better, there was several bugs in the bath and the shower was dusty on the shower head. Breakfast was Ok however water heater for tea only has luke warm water in it. Informed staff and she said "Ah well the flame is on so theres nothing much more I can do". I think overall it would be a good hotel to stay in if prices were lower as we expected more for what we paid.

Re the food - in the afternoon the £12 salad + £4 chicken amounted to three small Chinese lettuce leaves with 3 cherry tomatoes and a bit of parmesan cheese. It was a complete joke at £2 per leaf and £2 per cherry tomatoes - breakfast meat was really overcooked so could not eat it The recommended car park was useless - I could not charge my EV car causing major problems. I visited the carpark 3 times to try. You should not recommend QPark Overall everything was okay with room etc.

Great place to stay overnight, everything was great especially the staff, only negative was that I had breakfast and the sausages were not that great. Well you did ask! Great poached eggs freshly prepared for me though. I would start there again.

Unfortunately only 1 person on check in on a busy Saturday afternoon meant I waited 45 mins as I was behind a large group checking in separately. There should be more staff at check in at peak times.
