Surprisingly premium experience

A very premium experience with welcoming staff and brilliant rooms. First hotel I have stayed at which allowed me to watch all sports channels and also cast my phone to the TV for things like YouTube. Loved the bathroom, which was spacious with a beautiful rainfall shower. Lighting was brilliant and the balcony on our specific room was also a surprise. Would absolutely recommend this hotel if you're staying in Manchester for one night or one month.

Great hotel

Just after staying at this hotel for 3 nights and honestly couldnt fault it. Everything was so clean, fresh, comfortable and the staff were lovely! I have been in many hotels in Manchester over a number of years but now I have found my new favourite, I will definitely be returning. The location is great and even the welcome cocktail on arrival was great. Looking forward to a return trip to stay here again, highly recommend.

Absolutely stunning hotel. Really close to Piccadilly station so ideal for travellers. We attended a concert at o2 Apollo while we stayed which was also in walking distance Extremely comfortable bed and pillows and duvets, shower was lovely too. Would definitely stay again, especially with the check out time being a bit later than most places it really made our morning much more comfortable after a concert

Amazing customer service

Had such an amazing stay at The Reach, the customer service has been exceptional. I arrived earlier to drop off my bag and needed to also leave it after my stay whilst I went around town and Danni was kind and friendly enough to assist and help us out during our stay. I came back to do some work in the foyer and Ethan was lovely enough to offer me a complimentary beer. I would 100% come back to stay and would recommend it to all my friends and family.
