The room was huge and well equipped and the staff were lovely. However - nowhere on any of the descriptions does it mention that the hotel is in the middle of several large building sites and is very noisy.

Great room, facilities and very comfortable. It would have been helpful to have a better view of housekeeping times, as housekeeping didn't come until 18.00. The free breakfast was very good and regularly refreshed and cleaned.

recently reopened after a very half hearted refurbishment and expected a better quality and standard, much better options in Manchester for the price, breakfast area was inadequate for the number of guests, no tables available either day, front desk really unhelpful and untruthful regarding a request for just one hour late checkout, claimed to be full the following night (Sunday) yet 10 rooms showing available on the app, now i fully understand that we have no entitlement to a late check out even for an hour but I prefer not to be lied to as this shows a contempt for customers and sets a bad example when management instruct staff to lie for them and to be fair to the staff they seemed very uncomfortable doing so and were very unconvincing. we wont be back

Workspace was busy, it wasn't as easy to find some of the breakfast items the way the food was laid out. Saff was helpful. Studio Bedroom was spacious and comfortable.

Hit and miss. Pros friendly staff, very clean compared to other brands. Cons- construction all over the hotel. Had a digger right outside my window doing work early morning. Good breakfast however I recommend changing the times to end at 10am to avoid being so busy. Coffee machine right in between the small area buffet. With one coffee machine not working just caused longer wait times. Could move those machines to one side so people can get their breakfast in ease.
