This building is lovely. We stayed on the two days that the restaurant wasn't open, so I can't comment on that. It was dead quiet though and that was the most important thing to me. I always google reviews that say the hotel was quiet. It was. We were able to park within easy distance of the door where you'd bring in luggage. The staff were friendly and available.

A few things kept this from being an excellent stay. There is a restaurant on site but it’s closed on Mondays and Tuesdays (the days we were there). Unfortunately we weren’t aware it wouldn’t be open so we had to get back in the car and drive to find food. The rooms do not have a coffee maker or microwave. Breakfast is light - cereal, bagel, pastry but nothing hot. We enjoyed our stay but were a little disappointed.

Love this place. Minus one star because restaurant not available for some mechanical reason. Usually, it wouldn't matter that much, however, I've stayed here 7 times previously. This is the 3rd time restaurant was closed on a Friday or Saturday night. I understand it's an old building . Time to obtain a generator, back up oven and stove, upgrade the pipes. Just for me ? Yes please.
