Would stay again

Pretty good for an airport hotel. Close to the terminal, decent room, comfy bed and good quaility food in the restaurant. Nespresso machine in room. Not cheap, but reasonable for the quality. Parking is expensive though, you're much better taking your car to the airport parking.

All the staff we met were happy, polite, understood our query/what we were asking. Check in went very easily, I felt the staff wanted to be there and wanted to help. The hotel was explained to us, eg where breakfast would be, time available, where lifts were etc Breakfast was very nice, a good selection available, plenty of seating. The dining area was always clean, tables were not left dirty for any length of time. I am gluten intolerant the chef (both) was more than happy to provide gf toast which I felt wasn't contaminated with gluten. The hotel beds are very comfy, the towels nice and thick and soft, the toiletries are of a good quality. However, the toilet roll is only 2 ply! This is the only thing I could find fault with as I prefer 4ply. I've already recommended this hotel to my friends! We sat in the bar in the evening for drinks, the staff explained closing time and made sure we had enough drinks before the bar closed.

10 minute walk to Terminals quite a bit outside so could be problematic when cold and wet with luggage. Signage could be improved. Serves it’s purpose well and is clean and Comfortable.

Ideal for staying before or after flying from Manchester airport, it’s a 2 min walk to the train station and then a 10 min walk on the walkway to terminal

It was my second stay at the hotel. The room was very clean and had all facilities needed. The breakfast was lovely and staff very polite and helpful. However, I was disturbed by a male staff member entering the room at 6am, there was no indication that the room was free at that point.. We shouted and the member of staff closed the door. I complained to the reception staff, one of them was not very understanding and could not grasp the severity of the incident. It was not good enough, I felt vulnerable and unsafe and nobody seemed to care. I would have rated the hotel a 10/10 otherwise. I hope a member of the management team investigates this complaint correctly and gets back to me.
