Really nice hotel!

Really nice hotel. The staff on the front desk were lovely, they offered me and my friend a complimentary cocktail as it was her birthday which was really sweet of them. Beds were comfy, bathroom was nice and love how hot the shower could go! The only downside is that there was a weird smell in the corridors and sometimes in the bar area. Could just be the scent of the cleaner they use but it wasn't the most pleasant smell so I'm not sure. Not enough of a negative to deter me ever staying again though!

Great hotel but...

I stayed for four nights, and for two of them, I didn’t have hot water in the shower or sink, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. Everything else was perfect—I couldn’t have asked for more (except a hot shower).

The late night food I ordered was okay; something so you aren’t starving. Drinks were great!! The lobby is so pretty and aesthetically pleasing. The room was comfortable for two ppl and so was the bed. Staff was very friendly and responsive

Gorgeous hotel in fab location

Gorgeous hotel in a fab location. Beautiful design throughout. Only thing is in the draw where you would put your clothes, there was a long hair which made me think it hadn’t been cleaned. But everything else in the room was spotless and gorgeous so I would 100% stay again.

First time in Manchester and I will definitely stay here again. Staff was lovely, the breakfast was yummy and a great price if you reserve it, room was nice, and the tram and train stations are at most 5 min away.

Stayed b&b only but the Breakfast choices looked great and the food was lovely. The staff at this hotel stand out as very friendly and always go above and beyond to make sure your stay is an enjoyable one. So much so we were back at Manchester again and stayed here for the 2nd time in a few weeks. Fabulous service. Well done the lovely staff at The Reach!
