Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The prices per night was reasonable. This hotel is in a really good location in central Manchester - a 8 to 10-minute walk to Arndale and 10 to 15-minute walk to Piccadilly Station. Definitely recommend

Disappointing stay

Very disappointing. I appreciate the sustainability element of the hotel but i felt the sustainability has hindered the essentials of staying away from home. Basically no furniture in the room except scaffolding!! Had no where to put my clothes, underwear etc. thankfully we were only there one night. My husband couldn't get out of the bed it was too near the wall. The bed filled the room. It was all rather Bazaar!! Would I recommend this room for an older couple? No! No tea and coffee in the room. It was in the corridor?! Not great in a morning. You had to get dressed!! Had to check in on a screen at the front door. The decor was unusual but colourful. The staff seemed ok and helpful.

Good stay

The hotel looks amazing, lovely and clean and really modern. Loved the rooms. Coffee facilities outside in the corridor which was fine. Only downside was the beds were really hard, not very comfortable but would stay again.

Was able to check in early on a iPad for £20 and that alone made it worthwhile. The room was nice, clean. Shared amenities on every floor like iron and coffee maker next to the elevator. Walking distance from a lot of things. Great neighborhood. 10/10 recommend.

Bad beds to sleep on

The beds are very uncomfortable they are hard and lumpy mattresses and wished they were a bit softer and a lot less lumpy
