Some carpets need cleaning, some paint refresh is necessary. The linens, towels, product excellent. Room lighting could be better thought out. Good value for money. Breakfast could have a bit more variety and more healthier options, but was well-prepared and tasty.

Very nice hotel in a great location. Room was large and quiet, bed was extremely comfortable, staff were friendly, and everything was very clean. I didn't have time for breakfast but from a distance it looked excellent. My only criticism was that the shower was in a bath with a curtain and the shower head was very low. For such a nice hotel I'd have expected a dedicated shower cubicle. However, the shower worked and the water was hot so it's not like I suffered! Would definitely return here.

The most amazing stay

The most incredible stay. Beautiful decor and amazing location, however, what makes the Alan so special is the team. Everyone made us feel soooo welcomed and made my partner feel so special on his birthday, with a balloon in the room & a drink to celebrate. We will be back!
