The staff were friendly/helpful and professional in what they did, our room was very clean, the only little problem was the air con motor was a little noisy, the hotel was modern & clean and situation in the middle access to trams, pubs, restaurant and shops.

Family Trip

This hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very pleasant kind and helpful especially at reception and in the bar. It does not do food which was a challenge especially as we arrived later in the evening.

Don't let name dissuade you. Great HOTEL.

The rooms were new and clean and the location was perfect for my trip. Staff were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel. If you are American, don't be concerned about the name "Motel". This is definitely a hotel with all of the amenities you'd want (great rooms, bar, lounge). Coffee shop and restaurant available just steps away, but not in hotel. (Although continental breakfast is available).
