This is the second time I've stayed at Motel One and for the price point it's excellent. The room is comfortable (albeit a little small) and the hotel is a short walk from Manchester Piccadilly, and directly in front of St Peters square and its tram routes. Rooms are very quite, without any noise from the street below.

Great place to stay. Lovely staff and fantastic lobby bar area. Late bar is always a welcome bonus. Rooms pretty basic but beds comfortable and bathroom clean and nice.

Clean, modern, comfortable hotel that met our needs at a very reasonable price. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location was perfect, right next to St. Peter's Square with its various tram services and a short walk from many interesting venues.

Enjoyable stay

The hotel was comfortable, clean and in a great location near to the tram stop and the art gallery. The reception staff were friendly and we were even able to check in early. We would stay again the next time that we visit Manchester.
