We have enjoyed many stays in the past but we’re surprised by the decreased cleanliness and we’re very disappointed the pool was closed with no notice. Pool is still notes on La Q cites and partner cites.

Expensive and had better days

The hotel has seen better days. Damp smell in room, caused by multiple showers over time and a non-working extractor fan. Broken towel rail, broken shampoo holder, noisy air conditioning. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good, but lots of the usual unhealthy options such as waffles, bacon, hash browns, scrambled eggs, cereal. Would love to see cantaloupe, berries, etc. Expensive for what was offered.

Rooms need to be updated and maintained. The bathtub had a big stain in it, the sink had no water pressure, the knob to flush the toilet was worn and old and the bathroom wall had water damage. The staff were very nice and the breakfast was good but I will not return.

We enjoyed our stay for the most part. The staff was very pleasant and there was plenty of choices for breakfast. Our room was very comfortable and quiet for the most part. Unfortunately one night we were rudely awakened by yelling and banging from another guest. Other than that, we had a good stay and will probably stay here again.
