Second time staying here. Free breakfast was great. But…the second night of the stay, it started raining outside and then it started to rain in our room. Leaking onto the bed and soaking the sheets, we had to move rooms. When we inquired about a credit, they told us, “No,” and that we could contact customer service. Upon returning,I called the hotel and was told the same thing. Multiple emails and no response.

The stay was alright, we were there for one night and my sister and I took our 80 yr old mom to the beach for the day.The room was nice but could use a few upgrades like a fan in the bathroom and a real door on the bathroom, not a sliding door. And we were charged $250 at check in for incidentals, which is outrageous! Why are they charging two 60 year old wiomen and an 80 year old women that money? Not like we’re we’re gonna trash the room.when i was up all night worrying if I would get my $250 credited back to my card. Unnecessary, use your judgement who gets charged that . Plus when we checked out and I mentioned it, the clerk said they usually charge 100 to 150, not 250. They said it would be refunded in 3 business days. Even though the room was nice, I would not stay there again because of that.

I've been staying at Hampton Inns since 1994, and they never disappoint when it comes to service. The staff at this location was exceptionally friendly and handled a very busy college graduation weekend seamlessly—truly impressive. However, the breakfast options were more limited than I expected. That said, it seems to be the trend at many hotels these days. Overall, the service remains top-notch, which keeps me coming back.

Smells like wet dog - I am allergic to dogs Expedia told me: No pets Restaurant ON SITE None is true No Restaurant - the place is a complete dump 2x2 tile shower Horrible bedding Smells so badly I had to leave in 10 minutes Expedia did NOTHING to rectify this The manager said "I guess you are stuck here" Disgusting customer service. Extrememly unprofessional frm both Expedia and this location. I travel for sales with a large team and we all will NEVER use Expedia again and we are nation wide. What a shame. Good luck Expedia.

I have stayed at this property multiple times over the years and it never disappoints. The staff is always friendly and courteous. Rooms are clean and stocked with whatever you need. The area is beautiful and close to the airport. Shuttle service is available. During the winter, one of the staff even cleaned off my rental car for me. I highly recommend this motel to anybody who’s going to be in the Manchester New Hampshire area.

Nice facility

We've been here before and had another great experience. Buffet was nicely presented and well maintained. My only question is about the sliding bathroom door. We kept trying to shut the door to use the bathroom and it kept sliding back open - not to private. I finally had to take a soap box and crush it in the door jamb to keep the door closed. Front desk was very professional.
