Staffing, during my one night stay there was only one girl working the desk and while she was very nice and good at her job it was very unfair to her and other guest as she had to go out into the back parking lot multiple times at night due to kids yelling and playing food ball outside of guest windows and by there cars at 11:30pm keeping us awake and waking us up. She handled the situation but in my opinion there should be two people on at night for things like this and safety
