A bit weird. Difficult to get there on foot and I booked a room with a sofa which they’d made up into a bed even though I was staying there on my own. It fulfilled the purpose of being near the airport for an early flight but no more than that

Just a quick one nighter on the way to Croatia. We were greeted by Dan., what a superstar. He couldnt do enough for us. Room was great as expected for CP anf yhe bar staff were really helpful too. Top class customer service.

Was disappointed at check in. Room was ready but was still charged an early check-in fee of £20! Don't understand this other than a blatant money grab. Door to room only opened 2/3 of the way as the closure hit the closet door making it difficult to access with luggage. Disappointed that there was no airport shuttle included. We were on our own to book privately at $3.75 a person! Not a great overall experience would not repeat.

stayed here previously because of the shuttle bus to the airport, previously it was free, its changed now and we had to book and pay for the transport ourselves, for this reason we probably won't stay here again.

Stayed over due to an early flight out of Manchester in the morning. You know you're a captive audience and have little in the way of variation or access to other services than the hotel so you have to suck it up. Room size - compact but functional for a one night sleepover. Also quite quiet if the windows are shut even though you're in the airport flight path. Don't sleep with the windows open however - no sleep would be possible. Bathroom - small - shoulders were touching wall and sink when on the toilet. Quite uncomfortable. Hotel itself - clean and tidy. Hotel restaurant - as always, slightly pricier than other local pubs, but the food was really good. Room air con - set to Antartic level and didn't seem to be changable - Just turn it off or you'll wake up an icicle...

Hotel room was good. Although we were originally given a room miles away from the lift, when i asked if we could change rooms given our early departure, we were accomodated quickly. The footpath approach from T1 was abysmal however once we entered the hotel carpark
