We were disappointed that the room had no alarm clock. We like the digital clock that we can see in the middle of the night. We stayed here previously and the room always had a clock.

Kids enjoyed the outdoor pool, continental breakfast. What I did not like was some of the staff not trained well, charged for a night that hotel cancelled, had to spend all morning on phone for reimbursement. Pool gate locked is in, tried to call staff with phone, no one answered. Called regular number got ahold of staff which had to get ahold of pool man to open gate. Keys didn’t work sometimes.
