The beds and pillows were great. We couldn’t use the pool because it was never cleaned. Staying at Las Palmas was very boring. There is nothing to do at this hotel. We rented two rooms and the TV was not working at one of them. The AC was very bad in one of the rooms. I was changed to a new room but the AC was the same as my previous room. At that point I just gave up and did not ask for another change of room. Just counted my days to leave. The small fridge was good to keep the bottles of water we bought to stay hydrated. You can’t buy nothing in the hotel. The rugs were stained and the bathrooms are not updated. I was told they just bought the hotel from another company so they were making renovations. I wouldn’t go back to this hotel again.

The property is beautiful, in a beautiful area and beautifully maintained. We enjoyed our stay. It was relaxing and we had everything we needed. It was a great stay.

Nice place to get away out of the city.

Great place to stay, and the staff was very helpful upon my arrival. The room was very clean and the bed was really comfortable. The Inn was extremely quite, just a Beautiful place. 😍

Clean room: I was in a room that had No perfume used to cover the smell like most of the hotel in town. It is very clean and smells fresh. Bright, spacous. It is calm and free of clusters with furniture and household goods. This property is hidden in the back of the Vistoso Village and all others subdivisions in Vistoso Ranch. You do not have to deal with noisy, busy traffic, no uncomfortable but beautiful scenery and views. You can not be any closer to the foot of the mountain range than this WorldMart Hotel in Oro Valley, AZ. The best of all is that you can rest and able to be at peace to rest and relax after a convention, trail hiking, or tour day. The cost is acceptional affordable. I can go on, but you get the idea. Staffs: Everone was kind and professional. From the checked in time to leaving, I received nothing but kindness anf helpful. It made my stays at ease, good feeling, and joyful. Staffs went out of their way to make your stay satisfying and complete. Kitchen: Full kitchen with Condo style. It has everything you need for preparing your meals. Appliances are in excellent working condition like new because ther are well kept. Parking: Plenty of spacous parking area. Each space is right at your condo room steps. Everything is burried under green bushes and scrubs. It is green, cool and serene. Thank you staffs for making my stays wonderful and memorible.

I’ve reached out multiple times for help with my stay no one got back in touch with me about my issues at my stay there , the communication is poor I was expecting more since I’m often at this casino.

We stayed at Canoa Ranch for three days as a family of four. We traveled with our 12 year old and eight year old. The breakfast that was included was great. Our room could have been cleaner, the floor was a little sticky. We were visiting family in the area and planned to swim at the pool, we were willing to purchase additional pool passes, but they didn’t allow this. That was disappointing as i did not see anywhere saying you couldn’t have guests. My husband didn’t enjoy the gym, it was limiting with options. Parking was easy to find. I would try another hot next time since we were not golfing.
